INFORMATION BEFORE A DECISION

Solana West Payments: Compare Total Commitments, Not Just Deposits

A payment plan is a sequence of obligations, not just a low-deposit headline and a number of years.

Turn the plan into dates

List the reservation amount, deposit, subsequent payments, installment amount and frequency. Include any later lump-sum payment in the same schedule. Request a breakdown of separately payable amounts at contract signing and handover.

Apartments and villas need separate comparisons

Compare homes within the same category, finishing scope and delivery window. Separate land from built-up area and check maintenance and extras. A longer schedule can change the total price, so a smaller deposit alone does not identify the lower-cost option.

Before committing

Request the unit reference, written schedule and price validity. Review the documented terms for changing a home or late payment. The platform supports information and inquiries; the transaction and its conditions belong in the relevant contractual documents.

Key questions

Does a lower deposit mean a lower total price?

Not necessarily; compare the total price and every payment.

Does a 2027 date apply to every home?

No date should be generalized; confirm the phase and unit handover date.

Platform editorial on reading unit offers; not a sales offer or a promise of returns.
